Terms & Conditions for WordPress Website Design Packages

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing any of our WordPress Website Design Packages. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Domain and Hosting Services

• Domain and hosting services are not included in any of our WordPress Website Design Packages. Clients must purchase their own domain and hosting separately.

• After purchasing domain and hosting, the client must provide all required details (login credentials, server access, or cPanel information) to allow us to install and transfer the website.

2. Payment and Pricing

• All package prices are listed in INR, exclusive of taxes. 18% GST will be added during checkout.

• Full upfront payment is required before the website design work begins.

• Payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website.

3. Revisions and Modifications

• Each package includes a limited number of revisions, depending on the package selected.

• Additional revisions or any customization requests outside the scope of the chosen package may incur extra charges.

• Major design changes, advanced functionalities, or extra pages not included in the package will be billed separately.

4. Website Content and Materials

• Clients are responsible for providing all website content, including text, images, logos, product details, videos, and branding materials.

• SiteCrafted will not create or source content unless explicitly included in the package or purchased as an add-on service.

5. Turnaround Time

• Estimated turnaround time will be communicated before project initiation.

• Delays in providing content, hosting access, or required approvals may extend the project timeline.

6. Maintenance and Support

• Website maintenance is not included in the package. Maintenance is available as a separate paid service.

• We provide one month of free technical support after project delivery. This covers minor adjustments and troubleshooting.

• After one month, any additional support will be charged separately.

7. Ownership and Rights

• Once full payment is received, the client receives full ownership rights to the website design and content provided by them.

• Third-party themes, plugins, or tools used on the website remain the property of their respective developers and are governed by their own licensing terms.

• Premium themes/plugins (if included) may come with developer licenses; ongoing updates depend on the original provider.

8. Website Hosting

• SiteCrafted is not responsible for the performance, uptime, speed, or security of the client’s chosen hosting provider.

• We do not provide ongoing hosting support unless previously agreed upon as a paid service.

9. Project Cancellation and Refunds

• Once the project has begun, refunds are not provided.

• If SiteCrafted is unable to complete the project for any reason, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

• If the client cancels the project before completion, they will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

10. Liability

• SiteCrafted is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, including data loss, downtime, hacking, malware, or security issues arising from hosting or third-party tools.

• The client is responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and ensuring their hosting environment is safe.

11. Future Updates

• Websites are built with future updates in mind, and we provide guidance on how clients can maintain or update their site.

• Any additional updates, enhancements, redesigns, or new features requested after project completion will be charged separately.
