Resell & Licensing Terms of SiteCrafted Web Solutions
Effective Date: October 19, 2025

1. License Grant

  • Prebuilt WordPress websites from SiteCrafted Web Solutions are licensed for end-user projects only and may be rebranded by buyers for use in multiple client projects.

  • Buyers who wish to resell products must perform full branding customization (logos, colors, banners, product names, etc.) to create unique offerings. Direct resale or redistribution of SiteCrafted branded products is strictly prohibited and will invoke copyright protection.

  • Customized web packages should be deployed on dedicated subdomains and presented as the buyer’s own branded offerings.

2. Restrictions

  • Do not resell, redistribute, or share SiteCrafted templates or products as standalone items or in bundles without customization.

  • Do not claim ownership of original SiteCrafted designs, templates, or branding.

  • Failure to comply with branding and licensing requirements will result in immediate license termination and possible legal action.

3. Support & Updates

  • License holders are entitled to ongoing support for installation, customization, and updates in accordance with the purchased plan.

  • Additional services, such as extra product uploads or further customization, may incur nominal fees per item.

4. Sales, Revenue, and Advertising

  • Buyers are encouraged to price customized products attractively (e.g., ₹4,999–₹9,999 per product, or budget site packages at ₹15,000 including hosting and domain), as consistent online promotion drives successful sales.

  • Sustainable growth depends on continuous advertising; allocate part of your profits to marketing for best results.

5. Pricing and Premium Product Philosophy

  • SiteCrafted’s premium website packages are priced between ₹25,000 and ₹55,000, reflecting innovation and quality. Advanced solutions for online portals may be priced from ₹1,00,000 and above.

6. Enforcement & Legal Notice

  • Any violation of these resell and license terms may lead to license termination and legal action.

  • Intellectual property laws and all copyright rules will be enforced to safeguard SiteCrafted’s premium digital products and creations.
